Decorative LED luminaires with long lifespans from Ledvance: More than 50 new models for the outdoor sector – and round and square models with many additional functions for the indoor sector.LED solutions are the next big thing, not only with lamps but also primarily with luminaires. Low energy consumption and resultingly lower CO2 emissions, a long rated service life and an attractive appearance now convince an increasing number of consumers. Following mainly functional models, in the coming lighting season Ledvance will be even more strongly focusing on the design sector with its Osram-brand luminaires in order to further stabilize this trend.

(MLS) and therefore gains now access to cost-efficient LED components for its LED products   LEDVANCE, one of the global leaders in general lighting, has committed to the Clean Energy Ministerial Global Lighting Challenge (GLC). During the eighth Clean Energy Ministerial Summit (CEM8) in Beijing, LEDVANCE announced its commitment to selling 2.5 billion energy efficient LED Lamps by 2023.

(MLS) and Yiwu State-Owned Assets Operation Center (Yiwu), was successfully completed effective today, March 3rd, 2017 and with economic effect as of March 1st, 2017. This follows the parties obtaining all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

An innovation highlight in February: Market launch for the Substitube Connected – the LED T8 tube replacement saves up to 90 percent in electricity – the T5 LED replacement is also newLedvance, the fully-owned Osram subsidiary, is bringing the flagship of its current Substitube portfolio to market in February that enables energy costs to be reduced by up to 90 percent compared to applications with traditional fluorescent tubes. The LED replacement for T5 tubes is also new to the portfolio, featuring real glass that prevents undesired expansion and sagging of the lamps.

Refined lamps and pendant luminaires from the Osram brand for stylish interior designsLedvance, formerly the Lamps business division of Osram, offers vintage lighting made of high quality materials and a modern interior with the Edition 1906: The gold color-coated LED filament lamps and clear halogen lamps are available in four classic shapes, and recently dimmable LED filament versions are also available. The PenduLum suspended luminaire from the series features a linear, purist design and has a very refined appearance thanks to its material mix of matt aluminum and textile cable. Edition 1906 lamps and luminaires create a visual highlight in any room, especially in combination.

New indoor and outdoor products from LightifyNetworked garden luminaires, a flexible light strip for outside and one for inside and a motion sensor – these are the four new Lightify products for home use coming to the market for the 2016/17 lighting season. Ledvance, a 100% Osram subsidiary, thus expands its intelligent Lightify family particularly in the outdoor lighting sector. Together with already available products, the company offers an extremely wide smart lighting portfolio for consumers that in addition to being compatible with Lightify is also compatible with an increasing number of other smart home systems such as Samsung SmartThings and Telekom Qivicon.

Ledvance will be offering the largest LED retrofit portfolio from the Osram brand from October – many models have bulbs and casings made of real glass and are made in GermanyFor the start of the lighting season, Ledvance, the former Osram Lamps business division, will be offering the largest Osram-brand LED lamp portfolio of all time. LED retrofits are becoming increasingly similar to their traditional models not only in terms of design, materials and dimensions but also with technical characteristics such as dimming behavior. As a consequence the LED spot portfolio and many other lamp shapes from Ledvance will now be available for the first time with casings and bulbs of real glass – the ideal alternative to classic halogen lamps. Around half the new products will be manufactured in Germany.
